Stadn Ltd is committed to ensuring that credit and debit card details are collected in a secure manner. Stadn Ltd will take reasonable steps to protect the credit / debit card details it holds from misuse and loss and from unauthorised access, modifications and disclosure during collection by adopting the following practices:
-preventing individuals from providing credit and debit card details in an email;
-preventing individuals from providing credit and debit card details via facsimile;
-only collecting credit card details in an appropriate environment, for example not requesting credit and debit card details verbally in a public waiting room; and

Payments made on the Site are made through our payment solutions provider, PayPal. You will be providing credit or debit card information directly to PayPal which operates a secure server to process payment details, encrypting your credit/debit card information and authorising payment. Information which you supply to PayPal is not within our control and is subject to PayPal's own privacy policy and terms and conditions.
6.0 Storage of Credit and Debit Card Details
6.1 Stadn Ltd is committed to ensuring that credit / debit card details are not stored. Stadn Ltd will take reasonable steps to protect the credit and debit card details it processes from misuse and loss and will then destroy all and any credit and debit card details.
6.2 Credit and debit card details will not be stored on any hard copy documents. Credit and debit card details will not be stored as electronic data.
The following customer card data must not be retained by any personnel, and must be destroyed, immediately after processing the card transaction:
-Card verification code (CVC)
-Authorisation code (3 digit security code)
-Type of card
-Card number
-Expiry date
-Start date
Some of the ways Stadn Ltd seeks to protect credit and debit card details include the following:
-confidentiality requirements on the use of information by Stadn Ltd employees;
-security measures for access to Stadn Ltd computer systems;
-Website protection measures.
7.0 Destruction of Credit and Debit Card Details
Credit and debit card details will be destroyed in a secure manner when they are no longer needed by Stadn Ltd. An example of destruction in a secure manner includes shredding.
8.0 Procedure for reporting card data irregularities
Any non-compliance with the policies in this document, or any other irregularities detected in respect of card and the use of cards, must be reported to Stadn Ltd immediately.
