Remote Medical Support’s counselling service is an international EAP (Employee Assistance Programme), which provides telephone and online counselling for its members.

Remote Medical Support ensures all counsellors are members of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists and abide by their code of professional conduct, which includes strict client confidentiality, professional indemnity insurance and continuing professional development. Each counsellor is fully trained, individually interviewed and security checked by Remote Medical Support.
